Jarrod Lane McCarroll, 41, of Lenexa, Kan., was cited for failure to maintain control at 11 p.m. Friday. He was driving east on Kale Boulevard and failed to negotiate a left corner, rolled vehicle on its top and came to rest against a fence. An estimated $10,000 in damages to the vehicle; no damages to fence.
