Jefferson County Sheriff?s Office responded to an accident at 2:25 p.m. Sunday at Highway 34 and Packard Road. Dillon Ray Brown of 200 N. 28th St., No. 27, was driving a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire owned by Josh M. Williams of 403 E. Briggs Ave., west on Highway 34. Zandra Dawn Topping of Birmingham was driving a 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier south on Packwood Street and went through the stop sign. The two cars collided.
