Joseph Allen Bibby 26, of Douds, was arrested at 12:16 a.m. today; Michael Paul Bibby 27, of Ottumwa was arrested at 12:50 a.m. today; and Amber Dawn Ladoucer 24. of Ottumwa was arrested at 1:45 a.m. today, all at the same Libertyville location. Jefferson County Sheriff?s Office reported an investigation of stolen property, possession of stolen property, fencing, etc., early today. Joseph Allen Bibby 26, of Douds, was arrested at 12:16 a.m. today; Michael Paul Bibby 27, of Ottumwa was arrested at 12:50 a.m. today; and Amber Dawn Ladoucer 24. of Ottumwa was arrested at 1:45 a.m. today, all at the same Libertyville location. Each is charged with second degree theft, indicating a value of $1,000 to $10,000.
