The Jefferson County Sheriff?s Office arrested Ashley Mountain, 37, of Ottumwa at 11:01 a.m. Tuesday at 1200 W. Grimes Ave. for driving while revoked.
Joseph Michael Siemers, 21, 1203 S. Sixth St., was arrested at 3:47 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Sixth Street and Hempstead Avenue for violation of his pretrial release.
