The Jefferson County Sheriff?s Office responded to an accident Thursday at Harrison Avenue and Fourth Street. Hsin-Chio Liang Tseng of Ankeny was cited for failure to obey a stop sign. She was driving a 2004 BMW south on Fourth Street and collided with a 2007 Toyota Camry traveling west on Harrison Avenue, driven by Julie Anne Harvey. Each vehicle had an estimated $3,000 in damages.
