Jefferson County Sheriff?s Office responded to an accident at 10:16 a.m. Monday at 250th Street and Juniper Avenue. David Franklin Duncan III, 24, of Libertyville, was driving a 1993 Ford Escort south on Juniper Avenue, went through intersection at 250th Street, entered the southeast ditch and overturned. The car has an estimated $1,500 in damages.
