Jefferson County Sheriff?s Office arrested Jeremiah Jackson Rinehart, 32, of Albia at 7:38 p.m. Wednesday on Highway 34 west of Hemlock Avenue. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of Xanax and two counts of unlawful possession of drug or device.
