The Jefferson County Sheriff?s Office arrested Mark Michael Shepherd, 30, of Ottumwa at 1:29 p.m. Thursday on Highway 34 in Batavia for driving while barred and fraudulent use of registration.
Nicholas Dardeno, 41, 806 W. Briggs Ave., was arrested at 9:10 p.m. Thursday at 1200 W. Grimes Ave. for contempt of court and violation of a restraining order.
