Jefferson County Sheriff?s Office arrested Gavin McKay Hannah, 16, of 301 S. Sixth St., at 2:50 a.m. Friday at old Highway 34 and Crow Creek, charged with second degree burglary, unlawful possession of drug or device and conspiracy.
Devin Tyler Graves 16, of 304 W. Jackson Ave., was arrested at 3:15 a.m. Friday at 1200 W. Grimes Ave., and charged with second degree burglary and conspiracy.
