The Jefferson County Sheriff?s Office responded to a theft reported by Daniel Helterbran at 9:05 a.m. Saturday. Two saddles, estimated $850 value, were stolen from 3345 260th St., Lockridge.
The sheriff?s office responded to an accident at 2:27 a.m. today near 2300 Highway 34. According to the accident report, a 2007 Cadillac CTS driven by Mary Ann Arbige of Burlington was eastbound when it ran off the left side of the road. Arbige overcorrected and lost control of the vehicle, which entered the ditch and overturned. Estimated damages are $15,000 to the vehicle.
