The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office reports the following:
Monday
11:38 p.m. - The sheriff's office investigated offenses at Second and Grimes. At 11:47 p.m., Dale Clark, 52, of Keota, was arrested and charged with driving while barred, no proof of financial liability and fraudulent use of registration.
