Sieda Children’s Christmas Program

'In 2018, the Children's Christmas Program at the Sieda Jefferson County Resource Center provided 590 children gifts with the generous help of the community,” Bagby said. 'JCHC wants to help provide children a brighter and happier Christmas. It is one of the many ways JCHC gives back to this community.” The JCHC People Team and the JCHC Community Team raised the money through bake sales, silent auctions and other fundraising events. Bagby said this time of the year is not necessarily the most wonderful. She said that, for many children and their families, this time may be depressing, stressful or simply go by unnoticed. 'The staff at JCHC wants to help everyone have a Merry Christmas,” she said.
