South Fish Creek bridge to be closed for 2 weeks

MT. PLEASANT - The Iowa Department of Transportation has announced the closure of the northbound US 218 bridge over South Fish Creek near Salem. The bridge will be closed for repair for approximately two weeks beginning Saturday, Nov. 23, weather permitting.
Signs will be in place along the highway to alert drivers of the closure. Local traffic will have access to Highway 218 except for the northbound lanes crossing the bridge.
