The Fairfield swim team lost a close matchup Monday at the Roosevelt Aquatic Center to Tipton by the score of 86-85
It was senior night for Fairfield?s lone senior, Baylee Bowman. Bowman won the 100-yard freestyle and 100-yard backstroke. She was also part of the relay team that won the 200-yard medley relay and the 400-yard freestyle relay.

The Fairfield swim team lost a close matchup Monday at the Roosevelt Aquatic Center to Tipton by the score of 86-85
It was senior night for Fairfield?s lone senior, Baylee Bowman. Bowman won the 100-yard freestyle and 100-yard backstroke. She was also part of the relay team that won the 200-yard medley relay and the 400-yard freestyle relay.
Jada Lippincott, Brynna Bowman and Lauren Ward were the other three members of the relay team. Ward won the 500-yard freestyle and the 200-yard freestyle.
Volleyball League
The Fairfield Park and Recreation Department?s deadline for registering for winter volleyball leagues is Friday.
There will be a men?s league, a women?s recreational league, a women?s power league and a co-ed league.
The registration fee is $75 for a team. Games will state on Nov. 4 and Nov. 5. Players must be at least 16 years old and there can be no more than 20 players per team.
Mail or drop off the completed form, roster, and registration fee at the Roosevelt Community Center at 1000 West Burlington Ave.
