Spring Run Church plans ice cream social

Spring Run Church, of rural Columbus Junction (24484 90th St., Columbus Jct.) will host its annual Ice Cream Social on Tuesday, Aug. 1, serving from 5-7 p.m.
Menu will include hot chicken sandwiches, beef burgers, potato salad, pie and homemade ice cream. Freewill offerings accepted, and all proceeds will go to missions.
