Iowa State Patrol reports an accident in Jefferson County at 9 a.m. Aug. 3. Stephen Everett McCalister, 21, of Wayland, was driving a 2004 Dodge Stratus north on Germanville Road. He lost control of his vehicle around a curve near 110th Street, entered the north ditch on Germanville Road, the vehicle rolled and ended on its top. The vehicle was totaled. Iowa State Patrol reports an accident in Jefferson County at 9 a.m. Aug. 3. Stephen Everett McCalister, 21, of Wayland, was driving a 2004 Dodge Stratus north on Germanville Road. He lost control of his vehicle around a curve near 110th Street, entered the north ditch on Germanville Road, the vehicle rolled and ended on its top. The vehicle was totaled. McCalister was taken to Washington County Hospital by Jefferson County Area Ambulance. He was cited for failure to maintain control and for no insurance.
