Earl Swigart stood beside his father's 1964 tractor that he inherited. Two years ago, his son Rob took it to a friend and had it completely repainted for his 80th birthday.
The ages of tractors, cars and attendees vastly varied at the Saturday afternoon tractor and car show.
On Saturday, the Wayland Area Antique Tractor Club held its second annual car, truck and tractor show. This year, they surpassed last year's tractor numbers and had a wide variety of cars.
Club Presiden Rob Swigart said it is an event for everyone to get together, and this years was more important than others.
'Everybody has been plugged up and shut down,” he said. 'It's a change to tie all the groups together.”
Popcorn was available for free, and attendees could buy food from the Henry County Cattleman's Association.
There were several memorial tractors as well as generational tractors.
Ed Segerman is a collector and has 23 tractors and brought six to the show. He has been collecting since 1996 and belongs to seven different antique tractor clubs.
At 1 p.m. the event wrapped up with a parade to the retirement communities in town.
