South Main Street remains closed for construction between E. Clay Street to E. Langdon Street. This week, Jones Contracting trimmed the subbase and paved South Main Street from the north side of Webster Streeet to the north side of Warren Street. This will allow the contractor to get the Green Street and Warren Street intersections poured and opened for traffic. Kinney and Sons were working on replacing the sanitary sewer services on South Main Street in the block between Warren and Clay streets. Area disturbed by construction was seeded last week to be in compliance with the city?s erosion plan. The areas that don?t grow grass will be reseeded this fall.
