Emergency responders stomp out remnants of a fire in the Public Parking Lot at the intersection of S. Adams St. and E. Monroe St. Tuesday, April 23. Officials at the scene said the fire probably started from a cigarette and warned about the dry conditions as the weather continues to warm.
