Stoops won with 1,175 votes.
Stoops has been supervisor of District 4 since 2012.
'Everyone needs a purpose in life and I'm fortunate enough to serve the residents of Washington county,” Stoops said. 'Serving this county fills that need.”
He said his main goal in the position is to examine each issue brought before the board and make informed decisions.
Stoops said he is grateful to all the people who allowed him to put campaign signs in their yard.

Williams said she respects the people who took the time and effort to vote.
She plans on continuing to be involve and invest in the community.

Schneider said it has been an honor to serve, and he is happy people put faith in him to do the job.
Since becoming sheriff, Schneider said he has helped in the creation of a new communications center and emergency communication radio system.
In the future, he hopes to continue improving the Sheriff's office and working with the community.
'I want to continue having conversations to ensure we are providing the quality of law enforcement that they expect in our communities,” Schneider said.

Widmer hopes to make complex county government aspects, such as taxes, elections and funding, more understandable for Washington County residents.

Both have been supervisors for more than seven years.
Yoder received 1,918 votes, and Jack received 1,924 votes.
