Street work abounds
Seemingly, there is street work everywhere you drive this week in Mt. Pleasant.
Shipley Contracting began pouring concrete on Iris Street to finish a project that began last spring and was constantly interrupted by inclement weather.
Meanwhile, several other city streets are receiving a new overlay. Cessford Construction is putting a new surface on several streets in the community.
