Switching over
With work on the north two lanes of the final phase (Locust to Marion streets) virtually completed, construction crews have moved over to the south lanes and have removed the old concrete from Jefferson Street west to Marion Street. Crews are also doing the pre-paving work in the area, beginning at Marion Street and moving eastward. Some of the area could be paved before workers take a break for Old Threshers.
