Texas man arrested for driving under suspension

A Texas man was arrested Friday, July 19, after reports of his vehichle being parked suspiciously.
The Henry County Sheriff's office reports that at approximately 8:02 a.m. officers responded to the secene in the 2800 grid of Iowa Avenue for a report of a vehichle parked suspiciously. Upon further investigation, Steven Worden, 43, of Texas, was arrested for driving under suspension.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
