On behalf of the Fairfield Women?s Club, I wish to express heartfelt gratitude to our very generous community for the wonderful support you give to the FWC at each and every one of our fundraising events throughout the year.

To the editor:
On behalf of the Fairfield Women?s Club, I wish to express heartfelt gratitude to our very generous community for the wonderful support you give to the FWC at each and every one of our fundraising events throughout the year.
Our Christmas Open House at the McElhinny House in December was no exception. In spite of the freshly fallen snow and slick streets and sidewalks, you came, enjoyed the beautifully decorated house and then made generous purchases of frozen ham balls and chicken casseroles, baked goodies, ?recipes in a jar,? and Christmas ornaments.
We are so grateful to you for your generous support for it enables us to maintain and preserve this stately home which serves our community as a wonderful meeting place for service clubs, family gatherings, wedding and anniversary receptions, and other events too numerous to mention.
The Women?s Club is very blessed to have the McElhinny House as our home and very blessed to be a part of such a generous and giving community. We wish for each of you a very blessed New Year.
