This past weekend, Mt. Pleasant Community Theatre presented ?Mid-Life! The Crisis Musical,? a comedic look at aging. A collection of scenes and songs covered topics such as harrowing trips to the doctor, biological clocks, memory loss, empty nests and watching parents grow old.

This past weekend, Mt. Pleasant Community Theatre presented ?Mid-Life! The Crisis Musical,? a comedic look at aging. A collection of scenes and songs covered topics such as harrowing trips to the doctor, biological clocks, memory loss, empty nests and watching parents grow old.
In the song Weekend Warriors, the men in the cast showed an attempt to hang onto their youth and showed off their basketball skills. Cast members, from left, are Mark Kimzey, Butch Bittle, Adam McLaughlin, Karl Schaefer, Eric Teeter and Dave Edwards.
Other cast members in the musical were Lynn Ellsworth, Elizabeth McLaughlin, Bev Alderson, Jodi Covington, Marcy Davis, Amy Schaefer and Deb McClintic.
