Tractor ride route includes Lockridge, Van Buren villages
More than 125 tractors are expected to participate in the ninth annual Greater Southeast Iowa Tractor Ride Wednesday through Sept. 10.
The ride will begin Wednesday, with the tractors departing from downtown Milton at 8 a.m. The morning break will be in Keosauqua, followed by lunch in Donnellson. The day ends in Keokuk with dinner at the Keokuk KC Hall.

More than 125 tractors are expected to participate in the ninth annual Greater Southeast Iowa Tractor Ride Wednesday through Sept. 10.
The ride will begin Wednesday, with the tractors departing from downtown Milton at 8 a.m. The morning break will be in Keosauqua, followed by lunch in Donnellson. The day ends in Keokuk with dinner at the Keokuk KC Hall.
Thursday, the tractors will depart at 8 a.m. from the mall across from the Holiday Inn Express in Keokuk. They will cross the Mississippi River at Keokuk and travel up the Illinois side of the river to their morning break at Nauvoo.
From Nauvoo, they will continue their Illinois route until crossing back to Iowa at Burlington for lunch. The mid-afternoon break will be at New London, with the day ending at Mount Pleasant, with dinner provided by the First United Methodist Church.
The final day begins at 8 a.m. Sept. 10, with the tractors leaving from the Walmart parking lot across from the Rodeway Inn and Super 8 motels in Mount Pleasant.
Lockridge will be the stop for the morning break. Lunch will be at Salem, and Bonaparte will provide the afternoon break.
The tractors will end the ride back at Milton.
