Tom Reid, front, and Joe Hird of the Fairfield Public Works Department install a new main computer box to control the traffic signals at the Burlington Avenue and Ninth Street intersection this morning. Reid and Hird are shown re-setting the crosswalk controls. The intersection has been set on flashing red lights since the computer cabinet went bad July 3.
