Trio arrested following drug bust in Salem
SALEM ? Three people were arrested Wednesday evening following the execution of a search warrant at 406 S. Main St. in Salem.
Arrested on drug charges were Tina Ball, 41, Salem, Dillen Eaves, 20, Salem, and Cheyenne Ball, 20, Salem.
The warrant was served in response to a tip of illegal synthetic drugs (bath salts) being sold at the residence along with an investigation of narcotics activity.

SALEM ? Three people were arrested Wednesday evening following the execution of a search warrant at 406 S. Main St. in Salem.
Arrested on drug charges were Tina Ball, 41, Salem, Dillen Eaves, 20, Salem, and Cheyenne Ball, 20, Salem.
The warrant was served in response to a tip of illegal synthetic drugs (bath salts) being sold at the residence along with an investigation of narcotics activity.
A methamphetamine lab was found at the residence along with multiple controlled substances.
T. Ball was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, a class B felony, delivery of synthetic drugs (bath salts), possession of a controlled substance and child endangerment. The latter three charges are aggravated misdemeanors.
Eaves was charged with delivery of synthetic drugs (bath salts) and conspiracy to delivery synthetic drugs, both aggravated misdemeanors. Eaves is also on probation for multiple felony offenses.
C. Ball was charged with conspiracy to deliver synthetic drugs and two counts of child endangerment for drug sales and residential conditions. All three charges are aggravated misdemeanors.
Further arrests are expected, according to the Henry County Sheriff?s Office.
Assisting the sheriff?s office with the investigation and search were the Iowa Department of Corrections High Risk Unit and the Iowa State Patrol.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
