Truck collides with snow plow Tuesday

A truck and a Department of Transportation snow plow collided head on, trapping the driver in the vehicle.
On Tuesday at around 1 p.m., the Washington County Communications Center reported an collision on Highway 92 near Birch Avenue in Keokuk County.
A truck and a snow plow collided head on, and the truck landed on its side in the ditch.
The driver initially was stuck in the vehicle.
At 1:13 p.m., the communications center reported the man was out of the vehicle and in the plow.
