Two charged with violating order of protection
Two individuals were charged with violating an order of protection put in place in Illinois.
On Thursday, July 5, at approximately 6:30 p.m., the Henry County Sheriff's Office learned of the possible violation. Two individuals were charged with violating an order of protection put in place in Illinois.
On Thursday, July 5, at approximately 6:30 p.m., the Henry County Sheriff?s Office learned of the possible violation. Upon further investigation it was determined that Ashley Hayburn, 31, of New London, and Travis Hayburn, 33, of Kirkwood, Ill., were communicating. Ashley and Travis were both arrested and charged with violating of an order of protection, a simple misdemeanor.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
