Two reported rural assaults investigated
A domestic disturbance was reported to the Henry County Sheriff?s Office Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 6 at approximately 2:45 p.m. The disturbance was reported in the 1600 grid of U.S. Highway 218/27.
An investigation ensued. Upon investigating, Earl Wooten Jr., 61, no address given, was arrested for domestic abuse assault.
Wooten was taken to the Henry County Jail and held, without bond, until his initial court ...

A domestic disturbance was reported to the Henry County Sheriff?s Office Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 6 at approximately 2:45 p.m. The disturbance was reported in the 1600 grid of U.S. Highway 218/27.
An investigation ensued. Upon investigating, Earl Wooten Jr., 61, no address given, was arrested for domestic abuse assault.
Wooten was taken to the Henry County Jail and held, without bond, until his initial court appearance.
In a separate incident, the Henry County Sheriff?s Office responded to a reported assault Wednesday evening, Sept. 7, at approximately 11:15 p.m.
The reported assault took place in the 1100 grid of Dakota Avenue.
The incident remains under investigation.
