A two-vehicle accident in Mt. Pleasant on Friday, Nov. 13, resulted in a traffic charge being filed.
Lucas Weatherington, no age or address listed, was cited for failure to obey a stop sign following the accident at the intersection of North Main and Franklin streets.

A two-vehicle accident in Mt. Pleasant on Friday, Nov. 13, resulted in a traffic charge being filed.
Lucas Weatherington, no age or address listed, was cited for failure to obey a stop sign following the accident at the intersection of North Main and Franklin streets.
According to the Mt. Pleasant Police Department?s accident report, Weatherington was operating a 2012 Chrysler eastbound on Franklin Street. He stopped for a stop sign and then pulled out in front of a 2012 Hyundai, operated by Anna Walz, no age or address listed, who was traveling northbound on North Main Street.
Damage to both vehicles was estimated at $3,700.
