City of Mt. Pleasant employees have spent a considerable portion of the past two weeks packing and unpacking as they made the move from the city hall building on West Monroe Street to their new offices on East Monroe Street in the city-owned civic center/library building. The above picture shows some of the boxes remaining to be unpacked as of late last week. Mt. Pleasant?s City Council will be meeting for the first time today in the community room on the building?s second floor.
