Vehicles collide in Mt.Pleasant
Mt. Pleasant Police responded Feb. 15 to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of North Main St., and East Henry St.
It was determined that a 2007 Dodge, owned and operated by Steven Reich, of Mt. Pleasant, was driving east on Henry St., and stopped at the four-way stop.
A 2017 Chevy, owned and operated by Melissa Kettler, of Mt. Pleasant, was stopped at the stop sign, driving north.

Mt. Pleasant Police responded Feb. 15 to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of North Main St., and East Henry St.
It was determined that a 2007 Dodge, owned and operated by Steven Reich, of Mt. Pleasant, was driving east on Henry St., and stopped at the four-way stop.
A 2017 Chevy, owned and operated by Melissa Kettler, of Mt. Pleasant, was stopped at the stop sign, driving north.
Reich reportedly failed to yield to traffic after leaving the stop sign and drove in front of the Chevy.
Damage to the Dodge was estimated at $5,000. The Chevy sustained $3,000 in damage.
There were no injuries. Reich was charged with failure to obey a stop sign.
