Virginia E. ?Ginny? Septer, 74, of Mount Pleasant, died Thursday, May 28, 2009, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Oakland Mills Cemetery, with the Rev. Jeff McPheron officiating. Inurnment will be in Oakland Mills Cemetery.
No visitation is planned.

Mrs. Septer was born July 17, 1934, in Hillsboro, the daughter of Charles and Nellie Pearl Riley Conner Sr. She married Dale E. Septer. The couple later divorced.
