Virginia M. Hooper

Virginia M. Hooper, 87, of Keosauqua, died at 6:15 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 7, 2010, at Good Samaritan Society-Van Buren Hospice in Keosauqua.

A service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with the Rev. ellis andrews officiating. Burial will be in Miller Chapel Cemetery, northeast of Keosauqua.

Open visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 6-7:30 p.m.

Memorials to Southeast Renal Dialysis Center in Fairfield may be left at the funeral home or may be mailed to the family at 10719 Jasmine Ave., Birmingham 52535.

Mrs. Hooper was born March 11, 1923, in Utica, the daughter of Worthy and Ethel Vera Harper Pratt. She married Harry S. Hooper May 15, 1943, in Fairfield. He died March 25, 2010.
