Visit Fairfield Iowa is once again hosting Fairfield Restaurant Week, and this year it will be from Jan. 23—29.
Fifteen of Fairfield's food establishments have joined forces to showcase their culinary chops and are inviting visitors and local residents to try something new.
From Jan. 23-29, residents are invited to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at any of the participating venues and enter for a chance to win over $400 in gift cards. Shoppers should save their receipts, because when they buy from the participating restaurants during Restaurant Week, they’ll have a chance to win gift cards to their favorite local restaurant.
“Fairfield has a reputation for some of the best food in the area and this is the perfect chance to try it all,” said Visit Fairfield Iowa Executive Director Terry Baker. “We are encouraging diners to support their favorites as well as try something new. From the best burgers to tacos, pastries to international flavors, Fairfield restaurants offer a great deal of variety that can sometimes be overlooked in our day to day lives. But Restaurant week is the perfect time to treat your taste buds and get out of the kitchen.”
A schedule of the participating restaurants is available on the Visit Fairfield Iowa website at visitfairfieldiowa.com. In addition to the big gift card giveaways, many of the participating restaurants will be hosting drawings for $25 gift cards.
Participating restaurants include: Addis Ethiopian Cuisine, Bountiful Bakery, Depot House, Green Gourmet, Fishback & Stephenson Cider House, Hungry Camel, Istanbul Grill, Lunchbox, Proof 102, Shokai Sushi, SOMM Wines, Sweet 'n Saucy, Taco Dreams, Thai Deli, and The Bookhouse.
Hours of operation vary from venue to venue, but there will be restaurants open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of the week.
