Voting line
During some school board elections, you will find poll workers reading and knitting to pass the time. That was not the case Tuesday as workers at both Mt. Pleasant and Salem were kept busy by a steady stream of voters. The photo shows the line to vote at 12:45 p.m. Tuesday at Cottrell Gymnasium. Shortly after noon, the line reached all the way across the gym.
