Washington County Fair cancels all events for Monday after 4pm

The Washington County Fair Board posted the following message on its Facebook page:

ATTENTION: After participating in a National Weather Service webinar at 12:30 PM this afternoon, all activities on the Washington County Fairgrounds will be CANCELED as of 4:00 PM. The goat show start time is being moved to 1:45 PM and we encourage those who wish to watch to join it live on KCTC’s YouTube page. We highly encourage all general public, 4-H and FFA families to leave the grounds no later than 5:00 PM. Fairboard representatives will remain on the grounds throughout the night to watch over all projects. Tractor Pull scheduled for 7 PM will not be rescheduled. Please follow our Facebook page for the Monday events that will be rescheduled in the upcoming days.
