Washington man sentenced for meth possession

WASHINGTON – On Aug. 30, 2019, Timothy Rudolph, 44, of Washington was sentenced to prison for up to 25 years.
Rudolph, while living at 432 East Monroe Street in Washington, possessed methamphetamine, marijuana, and alprazolam with the intent to deliver. On February 11, 2019, after an investigation by the Washington County Drug Task Force, law enforcement with the Washington County Sheriff's Office, Washington Police Department, and neighboring agencies raided Rudolph's residence, seizing large quantities of drugs, cash, and drug paraphernalia. After collecting evidence and conducting follow-up investigations, Rudolph was later arrested and charged with Conspiracy to Deliver Methamphetamine, a Class B Felony, Possession with the Intent to Deliver Marijuana, a Class D Felony, Possession with the Intent to Deliver Alprazolam, an Aggravated Misdemeanor, and two counts of Failure to Affix a Drug Tax Stamp, each a Class D Felony.
The Washington County Attorney's Office was assisted by the Washington County Sheriff's Office and Washington Police Department.
