A traffic stop by Henry County Sheriff?s Office deputies resulted in three charges against a Washington motorist.

Lucas-Gabriel?s vehicle was stopped in the 2000 grid on Highway 34, Oct. 27, at approximately 1:33 a.m.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
