Waste Management to start earlier

With excessive heat warnings in effect the rest of the week, Waste Management has announced it will start its residential routes one half hour earlier today, Thursday and Friday.
Highs in the upper 90s are expected through Saturday night. The National Weather Service has issued an excessive heat warning effective from 1 p.m. today until 7 p.m. Saturday.
