We have had quite a few car-deer accidents in the county already. Every year I am amazed at the increasing fearlessness that the deer have of motor vehicles. Please be ever vigilant of this hazard, take a little more time to arrive at your destination and scan the ditches for movement.
We have also had a increase in high dollar property and personal injury accidents due to drivers swerving to miss deer in the roadway. At highway speeds this can be very costly. Please be ever vigilant of your surroundings and let?s get to our destinations safely.
