Wayland man charged in theft of welder
A Wayland man faces felony and serious misdemeanor charges following an investigation into an April 3 burglary to a garage at a farm residence in the 2200 grid of 235th Street. A welder was stolen during the burglary.
Cole Emry-Stannard, 22, Wayland, was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary, a Class D felony, and fourth-degree theft, a serious misdemeanor.
