WCDC gets donation
Dan Conrad of the Knights of Columbus, presents a check for $1,714.02 to David Hoffman, president of WCDC. The Knights of Columbus of Washington has donated the money to support the clients of WCDC. WCDC supports intellectually disabled adults in day habilitation, pre-vocational employment, support community living, supported community employment and job coaching. Next summer will be the 50th anniversary of WCDC, which was started by a group of parents to give their disabled children something to do, including employment, after graduating from high school.
