WCHC board meets Thursday

The Washington County Hospital and Clinics Board of Trustees will meet at 4 p.m. on Thursday in the Robert Nicola Conference Room at the Washington County Hospital. The board will hold a public hearing at 4 p.m. and the regular monthly board meeting immediately following the hearing.

The meeting will include the monthly quality report, service update, department dashboards, credentials request and review of the December 2020 financial reports. The 2021 depository resolution will be presented for annual review as well as an authorization for line of credit.

Capital expenditure requests include: Tableau Software license and Navigator System with cabled probe. delegation of authority to receive, open and announce bids will be requested on the roofing project and the pharmacy project.

Following the open session, the board will hold closed sessions according to State of Iowa Code 21.5(1)(l) for peer review and for strategic planning/community-based care.
