WCHC expands services to include rheumatology

WASHINGTON — Washington County Hospital and Clinics announced that Libby Dassow, PA-C will join the medical team specializing in Rheumatology.
Dassow will provide care to patients with musculoskeletal and systemic rheumatic diseases including inflammatory arthritis, osteoarthritis, spondyloarthropathies, and crystalline arthropathies. She will see patients on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month at WCHC’s Specialty Clinic.
Dassow earned her master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from the University of Wisconsin. She is board certified by the NCCPA and has valuable experience in her specialized field of Rheumatology most recently serving patients in the Quad Cities. Prior to completing her studies to become a PA, she was a practicing Occupational Therapist.
Rheumatology Services will be located in WCHC’s Specialty Clinic located through the hospital’s South Lobby entrance. A referral from a primary care provider is required to schedule an appointment with Dassow.
