Webster appeals murder conviction
Jefferson County Attorney?s Office reports Tyler James Webster, sentenced Tuesday to 50 years in state prison, has filed notice to appeal his conviction.
Webster was found guilty of second-degree murder April 16 in a jury trial in Jefferson County for fatally shooting Buddy L. Frisbie Aug. 25, 2012.
