Woman cited following accident
A Mt. Pleasant woman was charged with failure to maintain control following a single vehicle accident Dec. 29 on Winfield Avenue, just east of the Pilot Travel Center.
According to the Henry County Sheriff?s Office, Von Baccam, 51, Mt. Pleasant, was traveling eastbound in a 2005 Chevrolet pickup when she lost control and drove into the south ditch.
Damage to Baccam?s vehicle was estimated at $3,500.
