Woman faces simple misdemeanor charge
A Mt. Union woman, Linda Tampio, 52, has been charged with driving under suspension, a simple misdemeanor.
Henry County Sheriff?s deputies, according to a release from the sheriff?s office, stopped a vehicle on Thursday, Sept. 24, near old Highway 34 outside of New London that Tampio was driving.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
